The time  go diving

Choose a hot sunny day or cool day, it is important that the sea is not dynamic meaning that the wave is not big, the wind is not much.

Another factor that decided  an interesting snorkeling trip was water. Sometimes the weather is ideal but the water is not visible.

Must ensure health before diving

If you have heart disease, high blood pressure … you should not participate in diving activities. Going to the sea you will be under pressure, the health is not good, it is very easy to get tired and faint as soon as you are diving, the danger will lead to loss of life. So just scuba dive when you feel well enough.

Like other sports, you should not dive when you are too hungry or just full. Diving with an empty stomach will definitely make you extremely tired. Meanwhile, diving at full time is very easy to vomit. Therefore, the best time to participate in scuba diving activities is after eating about 1 hour.

In addition, you should only dive when the mood is very comfortable, avoid diving when you are afraid or have psychological instability. Diving when unrest can reduce flexibility when handling situations and lead to serious accidents.

Mentally prepared before diving
Because the ocean is so vast, where you can explore but there are dangers lurking, so you need to be prepared to be mentally prepared and ready for your excursion to calm down. handling inadequate situations under the guidance of tour guides. If you’re afraid, too much stress before going to the sea, tell the tour guide, if you don’t feel right, you can’t adjust yourself, don’t get into the sea, you will easily panic withdrawal, fainting … when going to scuba diving is very dangerous

Distinguishing between Scuba and freedive

Distinguishing between Scuba and freedive

Diving is an adventurous sport, in addition to other adventurous subjects such as climbing, parachuting, moto etc., Since it is determined to be an extreme sport, it is required that the player must go through a training process, then licensing (like a driver’s license) so that players can join the sport. Currently, in Vietnam, scuba divers can participate in training courses of the two largest organizations in the world. They are PADI (World Professional Divers Association) and SSI (International Diving School). These two associations’ rankings are relatively similar in rank (Open water, Advance Open water, Rescue, Dive Master, Instructor, etc.) and are equally valuable globally. Understandably, when you want to scuba dive at all dive sites around the world, you must have this degree to be allowed to dive.

1 / SCUBA:

When you see a diver with an oxygen tank on his back, a mouth full of breath, diving for hours in the sea, it’s scuba. Scuba means diving with weapons (understood as a device to support underwater breathing). There is one thing that most people often confuse, is that the scuba oxygen tank contains compressed air (which is the air we are breathing daily on the ground) but completely free of pure oxygen. The air is compressed into a high pressure vessel, allowing divers to reach a maximum depth of 60m. If you have to go deeper than 60m, you will replace compressed air with a helium gas mixture.
Each oxygen tank is compressed up to 200 bar (equivalent to 2000 liters of air). Long dive time depends on the depth of diving and the ability of each person to breathe
2 / FREEDIVE:

Freedive means free diving, without the aid of underwater breathing equipment. So when underwater, it all depends on the ability to hold your breath and the ability to endure when you fall into a situation of lack of oxygen and excess carbon dioxide.
You are a swimmer, can swim well in the pool, even swim well in the sea. So you will confidently say that you know how to dive. That is obvious. When I asked 10 good swimmers, how many meters could you dive? and how many minutes to dive? 90% said that I dived about 4m, within about 1 minute. When I ask what do you think if I say you can dive down 10-20-30-40 m, and dive within 2-3-4 minutes? Nobody believes that can be done. Please, freedive allow you to do that, if you train hard and properly. Coach will have exercises for you to improve your ability to hold your breath and withstand the pressure when diving deeply down
